Greek Tomato Salad |

2 Pita Breads Add one 6 oz can of tuna, drained and flaked, and you will have a quick and main dish salad |
Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees- Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges-spread on baking sheet – Bake until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes – Meanwhile, over large bowl, grate ¼ tsp. zest and squeeze 2 tbs. juice from lemon – Whisk in oil, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, onion, olives, dill, mint and toasted pita – Mix well – Gently toss in feta- Garnish with lemon slices and dill sprigs if desired |
