Under limited supervision, provides comprehensive dental services in a public health facility.  Services include diagnosis and restorative/preventive treatment of dental disease.  May supervise paraprofessional staff, (Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, clerical).  May evaluate dental health needs of public health clients and recommend program improvements and/or provide instruction and supervision to dental students in university-affiliated program.
